If we really do this, there is no shortcut left for the following tasks:
?? Replace block start
?? Replace block end
?? Additional block start
?? Additional block end
In the context of selections, there is a standard on EACH each platform I know,
to use Shift for additional selections.
Shift mouse click is a standard for additional selections do.
Why not use this common accepted standard for shift?
